Technology is the heart of TAU innovation but without a performing technical support the product would be incomplete. We believe our pride is the technical support: to continue and improve this mission we implemented the after sales service oriented to technicians and installers. Since January 2016 a new expert has taken part of our TAU Team to take care of our English speaking clients.
The support improves thanks to easier formalities, allowing us quick replies and accuracy on repairs. A new important brick in our wall of quality expressed by our work: we want that all clients in contact with TAU has a great experience.
